The Details

When booking your trip we will ask for a 50% deposit of the total trip cost to reserve your guide. We accept all major credit cards, cash. Cancelations made 14 days prior to the scheduled date will receive a full refund. Cancelations made within 13 days to 48 hours prior to the trip will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Any trip canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled trip will result in a loss of the full deposit and the remaining balance of the trip to cover guides expenses and lost opportunity.  

Weather can sometimes be a deciding factor in a trip happening or not. If the weather on the day of your trip is deemed unsafe or dangerous by your guide we will decide on a reschedule date or you will be refunded your full deposit. We do not consider rain dangerous weather.
